Elida has been making custom cakes for special occasions since her graduation from the California Culinary Academy’s baking and pastry arts program in 2005. Since then she has created cakes for everything from weddings to bar mitzvahs and baptisms and enjoys the challenge of marrying artistic styling with culinary expertise.
